I named this smoothie after one of my favorite Ben and Jerry flavors because like the ice cream, you wouldn’t expect all these different ingredients to go together and make something so delicious.
I drink this several times a week because it packs in a TON of nutrients (anti-oxidants, vitamin K, C, B, omega 3′s, tryptophan, amino acids, the list keeps going), gives me energy to keep up with my busy schedule and totally satisfies my sweet tooth with out consuming any artificial sugars (only natural fruit sugars, yeah!).
This is the fastest all natural meal I can whip up in minutes and only requires one kitchen tool, my favorite magic bullet. (or blender if you have.)
P.S. If u have kids (or u r a big kid yourself) this is a great way to sneak in some veggies. Just add more blueberries so as not to be scared by the green color.
