Went to college in Psychology. My mom use to cook this up without any veggies. I’ve always been a health freak so i tweaked the recipe a little when i went to college 12 years ago and had to start cooking on my own… Took a « never-ending » break to start traveling for photography. Ended up in NY, close to home (Montreal). Felt at home. Because I brought some recipes with me… And now developing my skills/careers here.
